Our accessibility commitment

GoodLoan aims to provide services in a way that respects dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity. We consider accessibility in customer service, information, communications, employment and digital experiences.

You may request information in an accessible format or ask for a communication support. GoodLoan will consult with you to understand the barrier and identify a reasonable format or support.

Where required, accessible information should be provided in a timely manner and at no additional cost beyond what another person would pay.

Website accessibility

GoodLoan aims to use descriptive headings, keyboard-accessible controls, readable contrast, text alternatives and responsive layouts. We continue to review barriers and recognize that some third-party tools may not be fully controlled by GoodLoan.

Service animals, support persons and assistive devices

GoodLoan respects the use of assistive devices and, where applicable, service animals and support persons. Account information will only be disclosed to an authorized person after appropriate consent and verification.

GoodLoan reviews requirements under The Accessibility for Manitobans Act and its standards, and Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act where applicable. The obligations that apply may depend on location, workforce size and operations.
